Describe the effect in its scene
Add a cue with what happens, when to trigger it, who operates it, and what needs preparing or resetting between takes.
A shot can need more than a camera. Plan the lights, sound, moving props, or other practical effects that bring the scene to life, then carry those instructions onto the shooting checklist.

Add a cue with what happens, when to trigger it, who operates it, and what needs preparing or resetting between takes.
Link an action or dialogue passage, or preserve an outline excerpt. Keep the intended story beat beside the practical instructions.
Apply the cue to every shot in the scene, follow shots linked to a screenplay passage, or select specific angles. Several cameras can share the same cue brief.
See cues in shot details, Shoot, batch-shoot checklists, and printed or PDF shot checklists. Update one cue and its instructions follow every affected shot.
The presenter presses a button and the product lights come on. Assign the reveal cue to the wide shot and product close-up. Include the operator and reset instructions so both camera setups have the same brief.
No. Cues currently plan effects and share instructions with the crew. A show reference is plain text. IgorBox linking and playback are future integration work.
No. Include practical effects when creating a project, or enable cues in Project settings. Cues live in scenes; enable Outline, Screenplay, or Scenes & Shots to author them.
Scene Dept. does not play effects in this version. Cue preparation status and shot capture status are separate, so each take can be managed deliberately.
